What is Della?
Della is an AI sales coach for teams that sell on the phone. Della Live shows your reps the right answer to an objection, live, during the call. Della Practice lets reps role-play against an AI prospect that raises your team's real objections, and scores every session.
How much does Della cost?
On a 12-month contract, Della Live is $199 per rep per month, Della Practice is $129, and Live + Practice together is $279. Practice and Live + Practice include 300 practice minutes per rep per month, pooled across the team. Month-to-month is $239, $155 and $335. Plans start at 5 reps. Teams over 25 reps can talk to us about volume pricing.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time $1,500 for teams up to 10 reps, $2,500 for larger teams. It covers loading your scripts, building your objection library from your calls, and setting up practice scenarios. It's waived when you choose the 12-month contract.
What happens if we use more than our Practice minutes?
Your team keeps practicing. Extra minutes are $0.30 each, or grab 1,000 more for $249. We'll alert your manager at 80% so there are no surprises.
Is there a minimum team size?
Yes, plans start at 5 reps.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are set up in about a day. We load your script, your objections and your best answers so Della sounds like your team from the first call.
What phone system or dialer does Della Live work with?
Della Live listens on your team's recorded calling line. Tell us which phone system or dialer you use and we'll confirm the setup with you before you start.
Do my reps or prospects hear Della?
No. Della Live shows answers on your rep's screen. The prospect only hears your rep.
Do I need to tell prospects the call is recorded?
You're responsible for any notices and consents your calls require. Some states require everyone on a call to consent to recording. Many teams add a short recording notice to their opener.
Who can see our call recordings and transcripts?
Your team. Your call data is used to run Della for you, and you own it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What does Della Practice learn from?
Your team's real objections and your script, including the objections that come up on your Live calls, so reps practice the conversations they actually have.
Can I cancel?
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. 12-month contracts run for the full 12 months.
