Objection handling

How to handle “Just send me an email.”

“Send me an email” is usually a polite way to end the call. Agreeing to send something blind ends it for good. Asking what would make it worth their time keeps them talking and tells you what they care about.

What most reps say

“Sure!” and a generic email that never gets read.

Say this instead

“Happy to. So I send the right thing, what would make it worth your time?”

The pattern: don't argue. Agree, then ask one question. It works because it keeps the prospect talking, and the next thing they say tells you what to do.
