How to use Della.
Everything you need to get your team calling, practicing and closing. About 15 minutes to set up.

Sign in and put Della on your phone
- Tap Sign in to Della in your welcome email, or go to dellasales.ai/login and sign in with your email. Pick your own password the first time.
- iPhone: open live.dellasales.ai/app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Android: open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app.
- Use the same login on your computer and your phone.

Load your playbook
- Open Sales Script and paste your opener, pitch and close.
- Open Knowledge Base and add the objections you hear most and the best answer for each. Della only answers from what you approve.
- Add a few recorded calls if you have them. Della learns the objections your prospects really say.
- Want help? Reply to your welcome email and we will load it for you.

Add your team
- Open Reps and add each rep's name and email, one per seat.
- Each rep gets their own login and their own call history.

Set up your phone
- Go to Call and enter your own cell under Your phone number. This is the phone Della rings to start your calls.
- Della sets up a local calling number for your team automatically. It is what prospects see.
- Have your own Telnyx account? Open Phone & Calling, paste your Telnyx API key and pick the number you call from.

Make calls with Della Live
- On Call, tap Insert CSV to upload your leads (phone, name, company), or type one number and press Call.
- Tap Turn on auto dialer. Della rings your phone once, then dials your leads one after another and skips voicemails.
- When a prospect objects, the best answer appears on your screen while they are still talking.
- Every call is scored. See them under My calls and My progress.
- Recording consent: Della works on recorded calls. Some states require everyone on the call to agree, so add a short recording line to your opener. Details.

Practice with Della
- Open Practice, pick what you want to get better at and which objection you get stuck on.
- Della plays the prospect and throws that objection at you by voice. You get a grade and what to say next time.
- Your first practice call is free. After that it is $0.68 per minute.
- Turn on practice reminders to perfect your pitch. Ten minutes a day is enough to stop folding on the same objections.

AI Caller (optional)
- Open AI Caller, upload a call list (CSV with phone, name and company) and add your script.
- Accept the AI Caller terms and add a card. It is $0.68 per minute Della is on a call, voicemails included. Calls nobody answers are free.
- Set the days, hours and weekly budget. Della only calls inside them.
- Tap Test call to my phone to hear it first.
- Della texts you when a warm lead comes in. Review every call, mark it, and fix any answer so the next call is better.

Coach your team (managers)
- Calls: every scored call with the recording and transcript.
- Analytics and Objections: which objections come up most and who is booking.
- From your calls: better answers Della learned from your real conversations. Approve the ones you like.

Your account
- Usage: your minutes this month.
- Do not call: numbers Della will never dial.
- Billing: update your card or plan anytime.
- Settings › Get help: stuck or something not working? Submit a ticket. We answer by email.
- Settings › Request a feature: tell us what would make Della better for your team.
- Settings › Cancel: managers can cancel here anytime. Your team keeps access until the end of the billing period.
